Purchasing a service with Purple Fish Hosting, Inc you agree to our Hosting Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

If within 60 days you are not happy with the service you are entitled to end your service and receive a refund of hosting services. (less any domain name listing fees) Any domain name registered or transferred is your to keep.

Violation of our Hosting Agreement Policy or Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of account with out refund of service fees.

All domains are listed with namecheap.com if registering a domain with us please review their registration agreement.
